• Together with Makena Resort, we have taken a leadership role by agreeing to pay upwards of $750,000 for the design and permitting of interim improvements for Pi‘ilani Highway. $4 million funding for construction of Pi‘ilani Highway interim improvements was secured:
$3 million – State / $1 million – Maui County

• As a condition of approval from the Planning Commission, agreed to a voluntary payment of $5,000 per unit for South Maui traffic improvements.

• Wailea 670’s park assessment fees plus a capital contribution will make possible the development of a new regional park facility to serve Kihei. Park fees in excess of $12.4 million throughout the project’s build-out are anticipated.
