Project District

A revised project district ordinance that will replace the current ordinance for the project district area has been developed and modified to address the concerns of the community. The project team has learned through its review of project transcripts and meetings with community members that the project district ordinance must be unique in its response to aspects of the project and in addressing the needs of the surrounding community. With that thought in mind the following summarizes how we addressed the specific concerns of the community.
